BHSN, a leading AI solution company, has recently launched its cloud-based all-in-one AI legal solution called 'Allibee'. This new solution, offered as a SaaS model, aims to expand BHSN's B2B SaaS business in both domestic and global markets. Allibee, the first SaaS offering from BHSN, consists of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Enterprise Legal Management (ELM). CLM provides convenient and transparent management of the entire contract process, including drafting, reviewing, approval, storage, and retrieval. It incorporates AI technologies such as a legal-specific AI language model and search augmentation generation (RAG), enabling quick analysis of contract files and efficient extraction of important information for lawyers' contract review. Currently, it supports Korean and English languages. ELM supports digital management of key legal tasks such as case management, consultation, and litigation, enhancing the efficiency of legal teams. Companies collaborating with external law firms can also utilize the 'external law firm management' feature. AI legal advice and generative litigation co-pilot features, which have already been validated in the market, will be added to ELM in the first half of this year to further enhance its capabilities. BHSN's self-developed legal-specific AI language model (BHSN Legal-LLM, BHSN-BERT) is trained on a large volume of various legal documents, including contracts, laws, and precedents, demonstrating high accuracy in legal tasks. Leveraging its AI technology, Allibee plans to provide a wider range of AI legal services in the future, in addition to CLM and ELM. BHSN CEO Lim Jeong-geun stated, 'Based on my experience as a lawyer in a law firm for nearly 20 years, we have developed a legal-specific AI language model and launched it as the Allibee solution.' He further added, 'Just as the name 'Allibee' embodies our aspirations, we will continue to accelerate the development and enhancement of legal AI technology and services, improving convenience for all users and enabling legal professionals to create even greater value.' Since its establishment in 2020, BHSN has been providing its deep learning-based 'All-in-One Enterprise AI Legal Solution' to companies such as CJ CheilJedang and SK Telecom. With the launch of this new service, BHSN plans to expand its offerings to more domestic large enterprises and public institutions, leading the innovation of legal and corporate tasks.
